Located on the NSW north coast, we offer you round-the-clock comfort and care. Our staff welcome you with support tailored to your needs. This includes access to health services, and care from our nurses, dementia specialists, and personal carers. The service is built around our ground breaking ‘household living’ model. Based on the latest research, you’ll live as part of a small household. You’ll have your own private ensuite room, and share a kitchen, dining and living area, just like at home. And, you’ll have control over your own day-to-day routine. After all, that’s what home is all about.
In March 2020, the Commission raised concerns about our assessment and care planning processes. We have worked hard to address those concerns, implementing a continuous improvement plan. We are now awaiting a further assessment by the Commission. Until then, we are confident we have addressed any concerns and are now able to demonstrate full compliance with all standards and requirements.
