Central Highlands Rural Health (formally Hepburn Health Service) is Victorian State Government owned organisation that manages Trentham Nursing Home which is situated in the rural township of Trentham. Single and Shared rooms are available for permanent and respite care. There are no restrictions on visiting hours and car parking is free. The nursing home is colocated with Trentham Hostel and Trentham Community Health Centre and there is 24 hr care provided by registered nurses. There is an active lifestyle program and residents are encouraged and supported to maintain their social links with their friends, family and community. We have the Rainbow Tick accreditation.
