St Elmo's Nursing Home is located at 85-91 Commercial Road Yarram. Accomodation is for 29 residents and 1 respite. The facility is divided into two areas, Waratah and Tarra. Tarra provides a secure area for 11 residents. The facility is in a quiet residential area withing walking distance or easy mobility scooter access to the main street and shops. The facility has well maintained gardens with outside bench seats. courtyard and the "Getaway Track" which is a purpose designed sensory walking area. There are three main lounges and two quiet lounges for residents and their families to use. A range of activities are available to residents through our Leisure Lifestyle Programme. Telephone at resident's cost is available in each room. Air conditioning is provided in the dining rooms. 28 rooms are carpeted and 2 have linoleum on the floor. The facility is immediately adjacent to an Acute care facility and Medical clinic. Allied Health Services are available by referral. St Elmo's
