The original building from the 1970s and is located at the rear of a local hospital about 1km from city centre. On the secure unit side, there’s a kitchen, dining, lounge area plus a small quiet room, a gazebo and an outdoor area. The facility is comprised of 45 beds (11 bed secure dementia unit) across the 4 wings. All of the single rooms have their own private ensuites.
