St Mary's Villa is made up of separate 'houses', each offering specialised care:
- Caritas provides nursing home level or high level care, with 22 single bedrooms and seven shared rooms (2 beds) located on the ground floor.
- Eora provides intermediate level care, with 18 single bedrooms located on the first floor.
- McCarthy is a secure Dementia unit with 13 single bedrooms also located on the first floor.
- Delaney provides hostel or low level care, with 32 single bedrooms located on the top floor.
- Respite, or short stay care is also available.
St Mary's Villa opened in July 2010 and replaces the original building at 38 Burton St, Concord which was opened in 1985. We have an excellent reputation within the local community and healthcare networks.
