All standard single rooms at Helping Hand Belalie Lodge offer natural light, with fabric curtains and carpet, and a private ensuite. They are comfortably furnished with electric beds, built-in wardrobes, lockable storage, telephone, and individually controlled air conditioning systems. There are connection points for a personal computer and a bar fridge. Rooms are equipped with Nurse Call points. Ensuites have a shower area, toilet and vanity, with space for aids or equipment. All rooms have views to courtyards or gardens. Residents are encouraged to make their room their own, to help feel at home.

Having undergone a refurbishment in 2012 we offer all residents improved, comfortable and stylish rooms and facilities. All Standard Share Rooms are furnished with built in wardrobes , privacy screens and lockable storage. The share rooms is ideally suited to a couple. The room has provisions for telephone, television, personal computers and bar fridge. The finish of the rooms are of a good standard. All rooms are equipped with Nurse Call points, fabric curtains and carpets. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled heating/cooling systems. Rooms are designed with a small selection of furniture to encourage residents to furnish rooms with their own personal affects and pieces. This is to encourage a home like environment as much as possible.

Helping Hand Belalie Lodge in Jamestown is a welcoming and friendly home that has been part of the community for many years. Residents can enjoy cosy and comfortable areas along with landscaped, interactive gardens. The home offers peace of mind with a balance between a safe, and open environment, with just one entry and freedom to move around the home and gardens. The café, lifestyle team, Men’s shed, volunteers, internet café, committed, library and hair salon add to the country community at Belalie Lodge. The committed, local fundraising Auxiliary raise money for resident’s activities. All rooms are private, with a private ensuite; and the memory support service offers care for people living with dementia. All meals, including modified meals, are prepared fresh on site with seasonal menus overseen by a nutritionist and planned by Belalie Lodge’s chef. The home is centrally located in Jamestown close to the main street precinct, parks and Belalie Creek where we often visit the ducks.
