Our premium rooms are a spacious 15.5m2, are well maintained and presented at the highest level of cleanliness and condition. Each room has direct access to the outdoor garden areas of the facility and come with fully adjustable electric bed, bedside table, sitting table and chair, built-in wardrobes, reverse cycle heating/cooling unit, and direct access to a private ensuite. To ensure that residents feel a sense of home and belonging, all rooms also include picture rails for you to display photos of loved ones and mementos from home. To ensure peace of mind, 24hr access to a registered nurse is also included as well as smoke and heat detectors throughout the facility. Each room also has access to nearby lounges, recreation rooms, courtyards and the library. Wi-Fi is also available to ensure that residents can maintain contact with friends and family online.

Coates Home’s country Victoria backdrop is a pleasant mix of open farming area and charming historical buildings from St Arnaud’s days as a prospecting town. The facility is comprised of 27 beds, there are two basic room options – double and single. All with private ensuite. Additionally, there are four rooms specifically for couples. This allowing a living area and bedroom with walkway to both rooms with private ensuite.

The building is divided into separate accommodation wings with common dining and lounge facilities, activity rooms and cosy retreats that are easily and conveniently located for all residents’ access. The facility also includes a hydro-bath room. All furniture, fixtures and fittings are modern and maintained in good condition, as is the building itself.

The outdoor spaces include a secure courtyard and BBQ area, many raised garden beds, outdoor tables and chairs and provide residents with additional spaces to enjoy.
