In February 2020, the Commission raised a number of areas where Hawkesbury needed to improve in order to fully comply with standards and requirements. These areas included; better matching our staffing to resident need, and, improving our complaint/feedback mechanisms and assessment/care planning processes. Since that time, we have worked hard to implement a continuous improvement plan. We are confident that we are addressing all concerns and with the full implementation of our improvement plan we will be able to demonstrate full compliance with all standards and requirements.
