The furniture provided in the bedrooms is of excellent quality, in good condition and includes an electric high/low bed, wardrobe, tallboy, bedside cabinet and television cabinet and a telephone point is also available. The bedrooms are single rooms (ranging from approx. 11 sqm to approx. 13 sqm) with a private ensuite (ranging from approx. 3.2 sqm to approx. 3.8 sqm) and are well positioned for resident access to all common areas. Bedrooms in Unit 4 enjoy a pleasant garden outlook and have courtyard access. Perry Park overlooks the peaceful Onkaparinga River at Port Noarlunga. It has been designed for the comfort of residents and caters for family events with its central community mall.

The nursing home has private rooms, all with ensuites and also caters for people with dementia by providing a safe area with specialist support.

A day respite service, called Riverview Respite, is also available for people requiring assistance on a more short-term basis.
