Rooms have large built in cupboards and hand basin with overhead cupboards. The floor is wood grain look vinyl, and walls are painted in neutral colours. There is a floor to ceiling glass door leading to the enclosed courtyard, with shutters in some rooms and sliding vertical drapes in others. There is a phone and television connection in the room, and the whole facility has WiFi access. Rooms have overhead fans and wall mounted heaters. Some rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning.

Berlasco Court is the residential aged care arm of The Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland catering for people from culturally and linguistic diverse (CALD) backgrounds. The service is not limited to those from CALD backgrounds, providing care to all who wish to receive quality services.There is a comprehensive activity program which takes into account emotional, spiritual and cultural needs. Food is considered very important and the menu is designed to take into account individual preferences. An extensive education and training program is in place for the staff to ensure they are kept up to date and current with new and emerging trends in care services.
