Welcome to Caroline Chisholm, an aged care home where you will become part of our home and our family. Set in a two-storey federation building amid extensive landscaped grounds, our home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and wide verandas where residents enjoy time with their loved ones. Our dedicated team, including a Director of Nursing, Registered Nurses, personal care staff and lifestyle officers, works around the clock to ensure every resident is well cared for. We provide palliative care, respite care and dementia support, and are always happy to answer questions about your care needs. Staying active and social is important to us. Our activity program changes each month and includes bus trips and outings, arts and crafts, movie days and theme days, along with regular musical performances, fetes and visits from school groups. Our home is close to beautiful rivers and bays, offering wonderful opportunities for outings. Your room will be furnished for you, and you are welcome to bring personal belongings such as photographs to help you feel at home. Our cook prepares nutritious, home-cooked meals in our kitchen, and friends and family are always welcome to join in our activities.
