Salter Point Aged Care Facility is managed by Retirees WA, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering seniors. Our facility spans two levels and offers 120 beds across 112 rooms, including 8 double rooms for couples. We provide a comprehensive range of care services, including round-the-clock nursing care, respite, permanent, bariatric, dementia, and palliative care, complemented by a team of allied health professionals. At Salter Point, residents enjoy a warm and inviting atmosphere, with spacious corridors, ample natural light, and clear signage for easy navigation. Our communal areas feature a curated display of arts and crafts, fostering relaxation and social interaction.
