Our Tamworth Community Aged Care home is committed to a person-centred approach. We provide 24/7 Registered Nurse clinical care as well as personal care by qualified staff, delicious and nutritious in-house catering and a diverse lifestyle program which will utilise our movie theatre, café, libraries and extensive outdoor areas and gazebos. In addition, residents have access to our wellness studio for doctor and allied health (e.g. physio) consultations as well as our hairdressing salon for beauty treatments and a formal dining room to celebrate special milestones with family and friends. All of our rooms are single bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, varying in size. We provide every room with a king single, electric hi-low bed with hand and foot controller and specialised pressure care mattress. There is also nurse call in every room, personal air-conditioning, wall-mounted smart TV, home WiFi coverage. We have interconnecting rooms for couples. We have electronic care planning and medication management and regular care consultations and care-plan review. There is a dedicated general dementia and memory support wing and we offer respite care and palliative care.
