Blue Haven Bonaira is a beautifully appointed aged care home, located just moments away from Kendall’s beach in the scenic coastal town of Kiama on the south coast of New South Wales. With its 134 beds across eight purpose-built care houses set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds, it sets a benchmark for comfort and quality. There are beautiful landscaped gardens to enjoy as well as an onsite café, hairdresser, chapel and more. Ou Bonaira residential aged care home includes two dedicated dementia homes. We call our model of care ‘The Haven Model’, which focuses on person-centred care. Our highly trained care staff treat our residents with dignity, respect and offer compassionate care, 24/7. Services available include residential aged care; respite (short term) care; dementia care; and palliative care. Residents enjoy taking part in regular social activities, groups and events with other seniors. There is a walking group, designed to help increase health and wellbeing, as well as regular social bus trips to local destinations like shopping centres, and weekend markets. We also offer various activities and events for our disabled community, supported by the NDIS.
