All single rooms with private ensuite, built in 2009. All rooms provide reverse cycle air-conditioning with individual room controls, television available which is wall mounted, at residents cost, however the resident can bring in their own TV. Access to a landline connection for a private telephone is also available. A nice modern room, well maintained, spacious with plenty of storage space and a range of views available throughout the room from gardens or courtyard through to a dividing fence line. A picture rail hook is built into the walls to allow residents to have pictures and photos of importance displayed in the room. An abundance of natural light filters through the room from a large window, however there are block out curtain/sheers as well.
