Welcome to Estia Health Yarra Valley, an elegant aged care home located in the Yarra Valley, regional Victoria. Set on a quiet residential street with stunning mountain views, the home is within easy walking distance of the Yarra Junction Shopping Centre, services and cafes. It has strong links to the local community and a warm, friendly team, many of whom have been at the home for a number of years.
Experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of each resident's care, including clinical dementia care, short-term respite care and longer stay. A Memory Support Unit with its own courtyard is available, and the home also offers palliative and emergency care.
Rooms are single, or companion rooms for couples, with ensuite or shared bathrooms, and most look out to the gardens, courtyards or surrounding mountains. Residents can enjoy a hairdressing salon, a library, an onsite chapel, a private dining room and several living and dining areas, along with sensory gardens and bushland views.
Meals are cooked fresh daily by the home's chef, with three main meals and three lighter selections each day, plus snacks between services. Special high teas and milestone celebrations add to the enjoyment. The lifestyle program is varied and welcomes regular visits from local volunteers, kindergarten and school children, making this a warm and connected place to call home.
