Aged Care Home's description:

Helping Hand North Adelaide is a welcoming, contemporary and friendly home over four levels where residents enjoy thoughtfully finished areas along with beautifully landscaped gardens and courtyards. The Helping Hand story began here in North Adelaide in 1953, and continues through this contemporary home. Today the bustling café lifestyle team, volunteers, allied health team, Penny Lane gift shop, chapel, internet café, library, local fundraising group and hair salon add to the inclusive community at North Adelaide. Most rooms are singles, and offer a private ensuite. The memory support unit offers specialised care for people living with dementia. All meals, including modified meals, are prepared fresh on site with seasonal menus overseen by a nutritionist and planned by North Adelaide’s chef. The home is centrally located in leafy, green North Adelaide close to O’Connell Street. We are on the Adelaide City Council free connector bus route, providing access to the city and surrounds.
