Estia Health Epping, previously known as 'The Poplars', is set on an acre in northwest Sydney. It sits on a quiet residential street with onsite parking, close to public transport and the green expanse of the adjoining Epping Oval. An experienced team of clinicians, care and hospitality staff, many of them bilingual, looks after all aspects of each resident's care, including clinical care, dementia care, palliative care, short-term respite care and longer stays. Daily activities are tailored to residents' interests and hobbies, and the home offers a hairdressing and beauty salon, a library room, a gym room, regular bus trips and shopping excursions. The onsite chef and their team cook meals fresh daily to residents' preferences, three main meals and three lighter selections each day, and the café offers a barista service.
